We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate data entry, and assisting with accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software programmes and possess strong organisational skills to contribute effectively to our financial services department.

Duties

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
  • Utilise accounting software such as Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, and QuickBooks to record financial data accurately
  • Perform data entry tasks related to invoices, payments, and other financial documents
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports as required
  • Assist in processing transactions

Requirements
