We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join great team in an established family-owned business in Leeds.
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical power distribution equipment and pioneers of super low loss amorphous transformer technology.
Whats the job: As Process Engineer you will be responsible with the optimisation and improvement of the industrial processes.
Key Responsibilities Time Studies for different operations on the shop floor Create Routings for different product types or product families Support Operations Planner with releasing Works Orders and ensuring all documentation has been uploaded correctly in MRP / Share Point.
Work with Contracts, Quality and Engineering to ensure that the technical documentation is correct and updated when required Ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental and Regulatory Requirements in all industrial activities Continually review and update data input in MRP (logins on jobs, operation confirmations) Conduct root cause analysis using problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA.
