The Technical Support Team is the first point of contact and they work hard to deliver an excellent support experience.
Main responsibilities of the role are : -
Answering incoming customer calls and responding to live chats
Responding to and managing support tickets via Zendesk
Owning assigned tickets and keeping customer information of progress
• Accurately logging all queries and issues on the ticketing system
Providing remote support while following documented processes
Guiding customers through solutions and training materials, promoting self-service where appropriate
Building strong knowledge of our products and services
Contributing to support documentation and knowledge base content
Working towards individual and team KPIs
