We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join a great team in an established family-owned business in Leeds (LS11).

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical power distribution equipment and pioneers of super low loss amorphous transformer technology.

Role Purpose Reporting to the Group Technical Director, the IT Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day IT operations across UK and ensuring stable, secure, and effective delivery of infrastructure, end-user support, business systems support, supplier management, and IT service improvement.

The role translates business and technology strategy into operational delivery, manages internal and third-party resources, and ensures that IT services, standards, security controls, and change activity are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day IT operations across UK, ensuring reliable support for infrastructure, devices, business applications, networks, and end users.

Implement IT strategy, standards, and policies in line with business priorities and GTDs direction.

Manage internal IT resources and third-party suppliers, including service performance, issue escalation, delivery coordination, and accountability against agreed outcomes.
