Manual Refund Administrator We are looking for a Manual Refund Administrator to join a highly successful Fraud Prevention team based in Morley, Leeds. This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of Britain’s leading retailers! Working 37.5 hours each week the role is hybrid after training, working 3 days in the office / 2 days at home each week. Working hours will be 9am – 5pm, working 5 out of 7 days each week, including some weekends. The contract is initially going to be for 6 months, it may be extended. The position is responsible for creating refunds via various portals into customer accounts. You will be in a dedicated team, working towards the goal of delivering exceptional customer support where necessary. This role requires excellent attention to detail and effective communication.
