We are looking for an experienced Estates Maintenance Assistant to join an established family-owned business in Leeds. Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical power distribution equipment and pioneers of super low loss amorphous transformer technology.

The Role: This is a new role working with the Estates team to assist with ensuring that the service, buildings, facilities and equipment requirements are maintained and fit for purpose. The successful candidate will lead on daily, weekly, and monthly PPMs. They will develop and maintain routine and PPM on all machinery, apparatus and equipment including electrical equipment. Additionally, they will maintain up-to-date files for all maintenance engineer functions, including the use of sub-contractors.
