We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team. The ideal person will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to customers. This role involves engaging with customers via phone, taking orders and managing the whole process through to installation, ensuring a high level of service at all stages.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch. The company also has a Saturday rota (9.00 a.m. to 12 noon). This is 1 in 5.

  • Quality project management skills to drive through successful installations.
  • First class, hands-on customer service communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Able to coordinate projects with the customer between surveyors, fitters, factory and technicians.
  • Ability to use I.T. systems such as Microsoft Word and Outlook; full training on our in-house system will be provided.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
