We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join a brilliant team in Bradford. The Planning Officer is responsible for scheduling visits and appointments and ensuring they are compliant with industry/company standards, customer service level agreements/expectations and KPIs.
What you'll be doing:
- Contact clients to schedule appointments for inspectors to visit premises.
- Allocate/plan jobs to achieve company goals and time limits.
- Communicate jobs to inspectors in a timely manner.
- Maintain the Master Planning Schedule.
- Reschedule and document cancelled appointments.
- Co-ordinate with operatives, inspectors and other team members to ensure a timely and efficient service delivery.
