We have a brilliant opportunity for a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to join a leading organisation based in Leeds. The role's purpose is to provide high level administrative and operational support to the Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documents and correspondence, handling confidential information, and ensuring the executive's day-to-day activities run smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, appointments, and schedules.
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes where required.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Act as a professional point of contact between the Leadership Team and internal and external stakeholders.
Support the executive with projects, research, and business administration.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
