We have a brilliant opportunity to join a leading healthcare organisation who have an office in Leeds. This truly innovative company are looking to recruit x2 Executive Assistants to support their Senior Leadership Team. These are very exciting roles as the business is going through a huge transformation and they are a global player in the health care market.
The role will involve:
- Calendar and meeting management
- High level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Arrange and book UK and International Travel
- Travel logistics
- Arrange and book meetings
- Inbox & communication management
- Prepare documents / presentations
- Handle confidential information
What you will need:
- Proven experience in an EA role
- Technical proficiency
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- High discretion / confidentiality
- Proactive problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Hybrid working. Very competitive pay.
