The predicted salary is between 26.25 - 26.25 £ per hour.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Artworker to join our creative team in Leeds City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, refining, and delivering high-quality artwork across a variety of print and digital projects. Working closely with designers, creatives, planners, and production teams, you will ensure all artwork meets brand guidelines, technical specifications, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, amend, and final artwork for print - POS, Leaflets, Press ads and Digital.
  • Ensure all artwork is technically accurate and production-ready.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across multiple client accounts.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and resolve artwork issues before production.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot file, formatting, and production issues efficiently.
  • Up to date with industry standards, software updates, and production techniques.
  • Support the creative team with design adaptations.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Significant experience in an artwork or pre-press role within a creative agency, design studio, or in-house marketing team.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, colour management, and file preparation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with complex brand guidelines.

Desirable

  • Good knowledge of Photoshop with ability to retouch and create compositions.
  • Knowledge of digital asset creation and online publishing requirements.
  • Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards for digital content.

Qualifications

Must have at least 5 years artworking experience within agency or in-house.
