Fashion Ecommerce Sample Co-ordinator We are working with a leading organisation in Lutterworth, they are looking to recruit a Fashion Ecommerce Sample Co-ordinator to support their Ecommerce Studio. The Co-ordinator is responsible for managing the end of end sample process, ensuring samples are received, tracked, stored and distributed effectively ato enable the Photography Team to deliver content. Key Responsibilities Sample Management & Tracking Manage the end-to-end sample process, including sample receipt into sample stockroom, storage of sample, outbound to studio, and return of sample. Maintain accurate records of all samples through a central Sample Tracker, ensuring full visibility of sample location and status at all times. Oversee in-and-out sample tracking processes to ensure accountability and minimise lost or delayed samples. Ensure samples leaving the business are packaged correctly, available for weekly courier collection Maintenance of sample stockroom - remain organised, accessible, and efficiently managed. Coordinate sample logistics, including packing, labelling and amends to courier bookings when needed. Collaborative working Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and execution of sample needs. Proactively communicate updates to stakeholders where relevant. Hold relevant stakeholders to account where samples are missing, late or received and non-compliant. Work closely with Buying teams to fulfil sample requests efficiently and within agreed deadlines. Essential Previous experience in a fashion, ecommerce, retail, marketing, or product coordination role. Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments. Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills. Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week Temporary ongoing contract TPBN1_UKTJ
