We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Planner to join a brilliant team in Bradford. The Planner is responsible for scheduling maintenance visits and appointments and ensuring they are compliant with industry and company standards, customer service level agreements and expectations, and KPIs.
What you'll be doing:
- Contact clients to schedule appointments for inspectors to visit premises.
- Allocate and plan jobs to achieve company goals and time limits.
- Communicate jobs to inspectors in a timely manner.
- Maintain the Master Planning Schedule.
- Reschedule and document cancelled appointments.
- Co-ordinate with operatives, inspectors, and other team members to ensure a timely and efficient service delivery.
What you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal with complex and frustrating situations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Competent user of Excel.
- Computer literacy for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. The contract is ongoing temporary with a view to potentially being permanent for the right candidate.
