The role combines financial reporting, operational finance, controls, compliance and commercial support within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and project-driven environment.
Working closely with senior leadership and the wider finance team, you will play a key role in supporting and continually enhancing a high-performing finance function while contributing to ongoing growth initiatives and organisational development. The role will also provide exposure to acquisitions, integration projects, international operations and broader strategic initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking greater breadth, exposure and progression. This is a fluid and fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly, requiring someone who is adaptable, pragmatic and comfortable operating at pace.
The successful individual will be able to balance strong technical capability with a hands-on approach and thrive within a collaborative and commercially focused culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support management and statutory reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Coordinate year-end audit processes and manage relationships with external stakeholders
- Provide financial support to project and deal teams, including support around invoicing, tax considerations and working capital activities
- Support tax compliance activities across international operations
- Assist with treasury, cashflow and operational finance responsibilities
- Drive process improvements across systems, reporting and financial controls
- Support acquisition integration activity and wider strategic projects
- Partner with stakeholders across finance and the broader business
- Lead, coach and develop junior team members where appropriate
- Support senior leadership on ad hoc commercial and operational initiatives
You will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA preferred or equivalent) with experience operating in complex, international and fast-paced environments. You may currently be a Finance Manager, Group Finance Manager, Financial Controller or high-performing Senior Finance Manager seeking a broader role with greater visibility and exposure. You will combine strong technical finance expertise with sound commercial judgement and a proactive, hands-on approach. Exposure to international reporting, US-headquartered organisations, audit, controls and multi-entity environments would be highly advantageous.
This organisation values intelligent, grounded and adaptable individuals who enjoy solving problems, building relationships and taking ownership. For the right individual, this represents a rare opportunity to join a highly successful business offering excellent exposure, development and long-term progression potential.
