My client is looking for an Interim Commercial Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, people-first hospitality business on a fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role with ownership of gross margin insight and performance across a large UK and Ireland multisite operation.
As a senior member of the Commercial Finance team, you will partner closely with Commercial, Procurement and Supply Chain leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and driving margin-led insight across the business.
Key Responsibilities- This role partners closely with Commercial, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to drive gross margin performance across a large multisite UK estate.
- You will lead margin insight and reporting, deliver clear commercial analysis to support product and pricing decisions, and own month-end gross margin reporting.
- You will also manage Head Office cost centre performance, improve and simplify reporting processes, and build strong relationships across a fast-paced, collaborative business.
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with 3+ years PQE.
- Experience driving margin performance, ideally in multisite retail or hospitality.
- Strong commercial finance partner with the ability to turn complex data into clear insight.
- Curious, proactive and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in how the business works.
- Comfortable working at pace in a less structured, non-corporate environment.
