We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. This is a high-visibility role, acting as a trusted business partner to the Senior Leadership Team and playing a key role in shaping business strategy through insight-led financial analysis.
You will take ownership of budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver robust performance analysis, and build sophisticated financial models to support both short- and long-term decision-making. This role is well suited to a qualified accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and wants to directly influence company performance and strategy.
Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly re-forecasts, and the five-year strategic planning cycle
- Identify risks and opportunities within forecasts and present clear mitigation strategies to the CFO / Finance Director
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior non-finance stakeholders
- Prepare and present monthly board packs and management reports to the Executive Team
- Act as a key finance business partner across the organisation, supporting strategic initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, systems, and processes
- Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA)
- Strong FP&A background within a commercial, fast-paced environment
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
