Our client is a highly successful Real Estate company who are expanding organically and seeking a Finance Director to join their team. The Finance Director will report into the CFO and lead the Finance Function with a commercial focus on the role.

You will be responsible for day-to-day finance and have a team underneath you, including a Financial Controller. The CFO and CEO are looking for someone to commercially support the business, be responsible for financial planning and analysis work around cashflow, capex expenditure, marketing, service charges, costs, and other ad-hoc areas.

You will be responsible for producing monthly reports as well as oversight of management accounts whilst providing commercial business partnering, strategic analysis, and decision support especially to non-finance.

This role will have breadth and autonomy, seeking a commercial leader to partner the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a fast-paced finance environment. Experience managing a team is required, along with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships. A passion for coaching and developing your team to achieve business excellence will be sought after. Experience in Real Estate, Property, or Construction will be highly advantageous.

This role is based in London (Zone 1) and offers a strong basic salary plus bonus and benefits. The company operates a hybrid working model.
