A leading FTSE-listed real estate group is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its high-performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA) to step into a commercially focused role with significant exposure to senior leadership. You will partner closely with operational teams across the portfolio, supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and commercial decision-making. The role offers broad responsibility, visibility across multiple business units and the chance to influence strategy in a fast-moving and well-run organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting cycles
- Partner with operational teams to understand financial drivers and support decision-making
- Deliver commercial analysis for leasing, business planning and value-creation initiatives
- Provide insight and management information to senior stakeholders
- Strengthen financial controls, support joint venture reporting and maintain forecasting models
- Support strategic and ad hoc projects across the portfolio
We are seeking a self-starter with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset and the confidence to work with senior non-finance stakeholders. Real estate experience is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong analytical capability, comfortable working with complex data and motivated by delivering insight that drives commercial outcomes. Experience in business partnering or Anaplan is beneficial.
