We’re looking for a commercially focused Head of Finance to lead our finance function and support the next stage of business growth.
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll oversee day-to-day finance, strengthen controls and reporting, and provide meaningful insight to help the business make better decisions.
This role suit either a Finance Manager looking for a step up, or an FC / Ho F looking to take more ownership in a broad role.
Lead the day-to-day finance function and month-end close.
Partner with commercial and operational teams to support decision-making.
Improve management reporting, profitability analysis and financial controls.
Develop forecasting, financial modelling and a rolling 13-week cash flow.
Improve credit control and working-capital management.
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance processes.
Ideally Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) but not essential.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, including VAT and balance sheet controls.
Experience in an inventory-led business, ideally FMCG, manufacturing, production or Retail.
Experience with forecasting, modelling and commercial analysis.
A track record of improving finance processes.
