The CFO/FD will be primarily responsible for supporting the delivery of the business plan and overseeing the financial, commercial and operational aspects of the Business. Amongst other duties, specific responsibilities will include:
- Financial strategy: Provide strategic input to the CEO and Board on financial and commercial matters. Lead the financial strategy and planning across the organisation. Develop and execute a financial strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the company and supports its growth and profitability objectives.
- Value creation: Drive commercial analysis of client profitability, service line performance, and market opportunities to optimise pricing, margins, and resource allocation. Partner with client services.
