A leading retail business is looking for a FP&A Manager to join their team on an interim basis.You will play a pivotal role in helping the business understand their financial performance and plan for the future.

You will lead the planning and forecasting cycles for the finance function, driving the annual budget. You will oversee the creation of monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow) and ensure their accurate and on time. You will provide insights to senior finance leaders on the financial reports, 5 year plan, annual budget and ongoing forecasts. You will support finance improvement projects, making the financial processes more efficient. You will provide financial analysis, proactively identifying and analyzing key business performance drivers, highlighting financial risks and opportunities. You will also work collaboratively with other teams across finance and the wider business to act as a support function to the business partners.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CAANZ) or equivalent, with a background within a busy FP&A department. You will have experience in the retail industry and be immediately available for this role.
