A highly successful Consumer business with a brilliant brand profile, a sizeable turnover and strong profitability is seeking to hire a Finance Director. Our client is hiring a commercially led Finance Director reporting to the CEO to lead with breadth in responsibilities across Finance and other areas.
As the Finance Director, you will be the key partner to the board and be responsible for leading finance as well as working with non-finance to drive the business growth. They will need someone who is effective in business partnering with non-finance Heads of Department, driving revenue and margin.
This will be a varied role where you will be involved in financial control, operational strategy, business cases for new openings and act as a trusted partner at the hip to the CEO and COO. The role will also be involved in IT, legal, Property and Procurement.
The candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and will be comfortable working in a dynamic and commercial environment. The role would be paying a strong six-figure basic salary plus significant bonus and benefits package.
