Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted finance partner to the regional leadership team, providing clear, accurate, and accessible management information to support decision-making.
Translate complex data into insights that are easily understood by non-financial stakeholders, highlighting key opportunities and risks.
Build strong, credible relationships with operational teams by engaging in a supportive, collaborative, and objective manner to drive business performance.
Deliver regular trading performance updates to the regional leadership team, including weekly and periodic analysis.
Lead regional sales forecasting processes, including like-for-like performance analysis and run rate assessments.
Support operational teams in developing the skills and confidence to create and own accurate sales forecasts.
