This role will have broad responsibility across financial control, reporting, treasury, audit and finance transformation, while supporting the business through its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group month-end close, reporting and balance sheet controls.
- Strengthen financial controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Oversee statutory reporting, audit, tax compliance and treasury activities.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
- Drive process improvement, automation and the adoption of new finance technology.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and commercial support.
- Support strategic projects including expansion, acquisitions and restructuring.
Experience & Skills
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Strong financial control and technical accounting experience.
- Background in a complex, multi-site or international environment.
- Experience across reporting, audit, tax, treasury and cash flow forecasting.
- Proven experience improving controls, processes and finance systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel and finance systems capability.
