A consumer business is recruiting a Finance Director . This company is highly successful and has a prominent brand in the sector. This year they have outperformed the market, looking to open new sites and now, looking to their next stage of growth. They are looking for a Finance Director reporting to the CEO to join their team.
The role will be a high profile role working closely with the Directors across the business. This role will manage a team and will be broad, leading finance across accounting & control, reporting as well as FP&A and business partnering. You will have autonomy to lead the function and act as the key finance point of contact for non-finance and investors for commercial strategy and growth. You will also be involved in strategic projects and have exposure to the board and investors.
The candidate must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and will be comfortable working in a dynamic and commercial environment. The successful candidate will have a successful track record in leading teams in a fast-paced business. You will have a flexible and positive attitude to work and the ability to communicate at all levels. This is a superb opportunity to join an exciting and fast-paced business.
The role would be paying a strong six figure basic salary plus package and equity. The job opportunity is based in central London (zone 1) with hybrid working.
