Corporate Development Analyst – Sports & Entertainment
My client is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to join their growing team focused on M&A and strategic initiatives in the sports and entertainment space. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile deals and partnerships, with exposure to senior leadership and global expansion projects.
What You’ll Do
- Support all stages of the M&A process – sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, execution, and integration
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures
- Conduct market and industry research with a focus on sports and entertainment
- Prepare presentations and investment materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, and commercial teams
- Provide strategic analysis to support senior decision-making
- Monitor performance of acquired businesses and track KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- The ideal candidate would have 2+ years in Investment Banking (M&A), Private Equity, Growth Equity, or Corporate Development
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Experience in Sports, Entertainment, or TMT is a strong plus
