A leading leisure and travel business are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Manager to support the business through a key period of change. This role will focus on technical accounting, statutory reporting, and group compliance, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure robust financial governance across the business.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role is based in London, however, requires native or full professional proficiency in Italian. The position is being offered as a 6-month, full time contract, with a short-to-immediate start required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on technical accounting matters, including accounting papers and policy application
  • Oversee statutory accounts preparation and support year-end and group audits
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements
  • Act as a key finance contact for the Italian business, supporting local reporting and stakeholders
  • Support group consolidations and complex accounting areas
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance, and documentation
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business

Requirements
