My client is a PE-backed business looking to hire a Head of Finance Operations to play a key role in the evolution of its global finance function. This is a high-profile position focused on finance systems, acquisition integrations, and driving greater standardisation and best practice across the organisation.
The successful candidate will partner closely with regional Finance Directors and global stakeholders to improve processes, support integrations of acquired businesses, and help shape a consistent approach across finance operations. The role will also lead a small team focused on financial integrations and finance systems initiatives.
Previous experience within a PE-backed or fast-growth business would be highly advantageous, and experience with Deltek Vantagepoint would be a strong advantage.
The role is paying a strong basic salary plus bonus and benefits.
