Baker Charles is delighted to be partnering with a market leading multi-site hospitality brand in London in their search for a commercially focused finance analyst. This role will support multiple business areas, combining strong financial control with insight-led analysis and will have a strong emphasis on working effectively with non-finance stakeholders to drive performance and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and opportunities to support strategic planning
- Delivering accurate weekly and monthly reporting, with full ownership of key month-end processes
- Driving financial accuracy and governance across postings and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing and contributing to board packs, providing clear and concise commentary for senior stakeholders
- Producing high-quality financial analysis on sales, labour, and costs to inform commercial decisions
- Partnering with operations and marketing teams to improve efficiency, optimise spend, and drive profitability
- Supporting pricing, promotions, and product mix decisions through data-driven insight
- Tracking performance against targets and holding stakeholders accountable for delivery
- Driving continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and financial visibility
About You:
- Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong experience with creating reports and analysis
- Experience with producing budgets and forecasts
- Strong communicator: ability to translate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders
- Background in Consumer is beneficial, but not essential
- A driven individual, keen to develop and learn
