Scope of Role
Produce products right first time, every time, in line with the Production Plan, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. Report any issues observed relating to Safety, Quality, Sanitation, Machinery or Output to the Shift Manager.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure product is manufactured to the required specification, adhering to the Quality Systems and Procedures at all times, with accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed at all times.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and wear PPE correctly at all times.
- Maintain a Clean-As-You-Go culture, ensuring production areas and equipment are clean and tidy at all times.
- Submit requests for Time Off in a timely manner through Natural HR.
- Follow the Absence Reporting Policy for any periods of absence and attend Return to Work Interviews.
- Manufacture and pack products in line with Production Plan targets, highlighting any variances to standards.
- Report any issues relating to Quality, Safety, Sanitation, Machinery or Output to the Team Leader or Shift Manager, suggesting improvements.
- Ensure all tasks are conducted safely, adhering to the Health & Safety Policy.
- Accurately and promptly report all accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Attend staff briefings, 1:1s and performance development reviews as required.
- Through the PDR process, become fully trained in all areas of the department, including potential cross-training across departments to meet customer and business needs.
