Technical Service Specialist: The Impact You’ll Have On The Organization and World Drives innovation at the customer interface by tailoring product formulations and supporting new product development, directly impacting customer satisfaction and Bakelite’s market competitiveness. Acts as a key technical ambassador for Bakelite across EMEA, strengthening partnerships with customers and enhancing product adoption through expert-level support and guidance. Accelerates sustainable product solutions by focusing on environmental performance and compliance with national and European regulations, promoting both ecological responsibility and business continuity. Leads the transition from development to production by aligning new PSR product implementation with manufacturing, quality, and safety standards at the Barry plant. Supports business growth through technical excellence, enabling successful product introductions, optimizing customer processes, and reducing off-spec material issues. Here are your primary responsibilities: Independently visit PSR customers to define and support new development projects, test product performance, and optimize customer processes. Resolve customer technical issues and provide expert recommendations to improve product performance or resolve complaints. Coordinate cross-functionally with R no fee will be paid in the event a candidate is hired by the Company as a result of the unsolicited referral or through other means.
