Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff member to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- To be able to cook and prepare fresh products (training will be provided).
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Support bartending duties when needed, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance hospitality skills and knowledge of menu items.
