Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff member to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
  • To be able to cook and prepare fresh products (training will be provided).
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
  • Support bartending duties when needed, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance hospitality skills and knowledge of menu items.

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is essential.
