We are hiring Rebel Crew to join our opening team. This is not a traditional barista role. We operate on systems, speed and precision.
What You'll Do
- Prepare coffee and matcha drinks to strict recipe standards
- Follow batching and build SOPs exactly
- Deliver drinks fast during peak rush
- Keep the bar spotless and organised
- Maintain visual brand standards
- Support team members during busy periods
- Deliver confident, friendly service without slowing the line
