We are hiring Rebel Crew to join our opening team. This is not a traditional barista role. We operate on systems, speed and precision.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare coffee and matcha drinks to strict recipe standards
  • Follow batching and build SOPs exactly
  • Deliver drinks fast during peak rush
  • Keep the bar spotless and organised
  • Maintain visual brand standards
  • Support team members during busy periods
  • Deliver confident, friendly service without slowing the line
