Lettings Lister
We’re looking for a Lettings Property Lister for our fantastic Bairstow Eves team based in Billericay.
This is a great opportunity to grow within residential lettings within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. With an OTE of £35k, industry-leading training, and a supportive team, you’ll have everything you need to succeed and build a successful career.

What We’re Looking For:
- The preferred candidate will have prior experience as a lettings lister or as a negotiator looking for their next step.
- Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
Your Role:
- Win new listings and gain instructions for properties to market.
- Generate and book valuations.
- Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
- Administer tenancies (with support).
- Provide outstanding customer service.
