We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials and Consumer sector to support growth. This role requires a motivated individual with sell-side experience. Our Global Investment Banking division provides M&A, debt advisory, and financing services to middle-market companies. As a Baird Investment Banker, you'll work on high-profile transactions, gaining insights across various sectors while contributing to our clients' long-term success.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Be an integral part of investment banking teams, supporting mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory.
  • Prepare company valuations, financial models, marketing documents, and presentations.
  • Review client investment statements and calculate monthly returns.
  • Create customized Excel spreadsheets for portfolio management.
  • Execute advanced word processing and spreadsheet tasks.
  • Help with trade processing, including report generation and account reconciliation.
  • Handle client communications, explaining policies as needed.
  • Compose routine letters and compile client meeting information.
  • Support timely completion of client reports.
