Your Program
During your 6 month paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the M&A industry, our clients and our firm. This is a great opportunity to learn from industry leaders, take part in day-to-day operations, where you'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to build on your knowledge and gain hands-on experience. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you. The internship serves as a key pipeline for our full-time analyst roles. Upon successful completion of the internship program, we endeavour to provide return offers to our high-performing interns for 2027 full-time analyst positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with the preparation of marketing materials for pitches, buy- and sell-side transactions, and other client meetings
- Prepare company valuations and financial analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies
- Perform company and market research and prepare accompanying analyses
- Assist deal-teams with the execution of live buy- and sell-side transactions
Qualifications
- Candidates should have already graduated or be recent graduates with a minimum of a 2:1
- High level of motivation and capacity for teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail
- Candidates must be available from January - June 2027
