Your program: During your Summer Internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the M&A industry, our clients and our firm. This is a great opportunity to learn from industry leaders, take part in day-to-day operations, where you'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to build on your knowledge and gain hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Support with the preparation of marketing materials for pitches, buy- and sell-side transactions, and other client meetings
- Prepare company valuations and financial analyses using a variety of valuation methodologies
- Perform company and market research and prepare accompanying analyses
- Assist deal-teams with the execution of live buy- and sell-side transactions
Qualifications:
- On track for a 2:1 or equivalent
- Penultimate year of a bachelor's degree
- High level of motivation and capacity for teamwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Passion for excellence and attention to detail
- Candidates must be available from 21 June - 27 August 2027
