We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials and Consumer sector to support growth. This role requires a motivated individual with sell-side experience. Our Global Investment Banking division provides M&A, debt advisory, and financing services to middle-market companies. As a Baird Investment Banker, you'll work on high-profile transactions, gaining insights across various sectors while contributing to our clients' long-term success.
The Impact You’ll Make:
- Be an integral part of investment banking teams, supporting mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory.
- Prepare company valuations, financial models, marketing documents, and presentations.
- Review client investment statements and calculate monthly returns.
- Create customized Excel spreadsheets for portfolio management.
- Execute advanced word processing and spreadsheet tasks.
- Help with trade processing, including report generation and account reconciliation.
- Handle client communications, explaining policies as needed.
- Compose routine letters and compile client meeting information.
- Support timely completion of client reports.
