Baird Capital is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-touch support to our London-based investment team on a fixed-term contract lasting up to 12 months. This role supports Partners and junior investment professionals in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly and strong judgment, organisation and follow-through are essential.

This position offers flexibility to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the London office and Friday.
