Avalon Housing is seeking a dedicated Supported Housing Assistant Manager to join a service in Northampton. This is a full-time role assisting the Manager in the day-to-day running of a vital service supporting young people who have learning disabilities or are facing challenges with drugs and alcohol.
The duties of the Supported Housing Assistant Manager will include:
- Assisting in the effective management of the supported housing scheme.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of person-centred support plans.
- Line managing and providing supervision to Support Workers.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.
- Managing shift rotas and coordinating staff coverage.
The salary for the Supported Housing Assistant Manager can be flexible, circa of £30,000 per annum.
