Do you have either civil or military practical Initial Airworthiness design experience and the ability to train and advise design and production organisations, to move beyond compliance and strive for organisational performance? If so, apply now, as Baines Simmons, Leaders in Aviation Safety solutions, are looking for a Consultant to facilitate the delivery of their outstanding products and services.
You can be based anywhere in the UK so long as you are willing and able to travel as required nationally and internationally to deliver client engagements. You must also be comfortable providing services virtually and in a classroom setting.
You will not only deliver training and consultancy services in your specialist area virtually or face to face, in house globally, or at our Bracknell based training Academy, but you will also be able to contribute and make a difference to Baines Simmons customers and our product offering.
What we are looking for:
Essential
- Practical experience of working in Initial Airworthiness design, within either a military and civilian setting where you had the ability to influence the Design Management System
- An ability to connect with a group and confidently facilitate a discussion and lead clients to fully understand our Initial Airworthiness offerings and consult and advise on the subject with credibility, virtually, or face to face
- A passion to support Baines Simmons strategy to make the skies safer
- A desire to continually develop self and others
- An ability to build trust, rapport and influence
- A full UK Driving licence and your own vehicle
- An ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally for the role
Desirable
- Experience as an Initial Airworthiness Team Leader, Manager or a Form 4 Holder
- Experience of training or consulting
