In this role, you will drive critical analytics and insights to support Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define reporting use cases and develop data products that facilitate strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of data analytics experience, especially with HR systems, and possess strong skills in Excel and BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI. We offer a hybrid working arrangement requiring in-office presence at least 2 days a week.
