Overview

In this contract role, you will help shape Account Marketing for priority client accounts, partnering with the Client Head and Marketing peers to execute cross-channel campaigns.

You’ll translate client priorities into tailored plans, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns reach key decision makers.

You’ll collaborate across Marketing functions to align with broader strategy and continuously optimize based on KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Account Marketing strategies for priority accounts with the Client Head
  • Set up and manage Account Marketing programs for top client teams in collaboration with the Manager
  • Provide a comprehensive view of client relationships and engagement across stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of executive moves to inform marketing plans
  • Align Account Marketing plans with industry and capability strategies and ensure accurate CRM data
  • Track and manage the account marketing budget and ensure targets are met
  • Support campaigns and pursuits, identifying high-relevance opportunities from pipeline activity
  • Conduct campaign execution across channels (email, paid media, social, events) and monitor KPIs for optimization
  • Leverage tools and channels (web personalization, Linked In, Elevate, Red Folder, email, events) to reach client decision makers
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and embrace Gen AI for team efficiency
  • Be flexible and collaborative in taking on new projects and team needs
  • Key requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in business/marketing
  • 3-4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
  • Proven ability to coordinate and execute projects and large regional events including budget management
  • Understanding of local market objectives and relevant marketing content
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with stakeholders at various seniorities
  • Ability to interact with external contacts as a Bain marketing representative
  • Client-centric mindset and ability to stay composed under pressure
  • Preferred: professional services experience and industry-relevant experience
