WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of Bain's Global Coaching Team, a collaborative and high-impact group that provides and enables transformational coaching, experiences, and training to help Bainies perform at their full potential, navigate their careers with intention, and deliver extraordinary results. The Global Coaching team is part of our Global Talent Engagement department, which champions a transformative approach to belonging, resilience, and wellbeing that enables our diverse teams to collaborate seamlessly, achieve exceptional results, and grow together. You will work closely with a diverse group of coaching professionals with experience in strategy consulting, executive coaching, leadership development, and career transitions. The team partners with leaders, Talent teams, and Learning teams globally to ensure Bain leaders at all levels have access to world-class support and insights.
WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Senior Manager, EMEA, Global Coaching, you will play a vital role in delivering Bain's coaching strategy across the EMEA region. You will coach Bain employees, especially those in leadership roles, lead group coaching and training sessions, support local Talent teams, and advise on best practices for career and departure support. You will also collaborate globally to help build coaching capabilities across the firm.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your work will span five key areas:
- Local Office Stakeholder Engagement (20%) Act as a trusted advisor to local Talent stakeholders in several EMEA offices. Analyze coaching and departure data, share insights, and help design office-level strategies.
- Coaching (30%) Provide one-on-one and group coaching engagements, focusing on leadership roles (Manager+). Collaborate on goal-setting, track success metrics, and identify local coaching needs.
- Career and Departure Support (30%) Support individuals during career transitions, partner with recruiters and alumni networks, and help identify opportunities for departing Bainies. Analyze feedback and departure data to enhance the employee experience.
- Capability Building (10%) Deliver training, workshops, and coaching sessions to build leadership and coaching skills across teams.
- Regional and Global Team Collaboration (10%) Contribute to the global coaching community by sharing best practices and driving initiatives that further Bain's coaching impact and build the coaching brand in EMEA.

Required Qualifications
- ICF Coaching Certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Work in executive, leadership, and/or career coaching
- Experience in professional services, corporate coaching, or executive search
- Comfort using technology and data to enhance coaching and learning programs
- Proven ability to set strategy and meet goals under tight timelines
- Experience coaching during key transitions and career inflection points
