Overview
In this Manager role within Experienced Talent Recruiting, you will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the ETR team to attract and secure top talent across functions and regions. You drive innovative recruitment strategies, build pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while guiding stakeholders through scalable processes. You will report recruitment status to leadership and continuously improve tools and practices. This is a global, fast-paced environment where your judgment, adaptability, and collaboration shape recruiting outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Recruit across multiple functions and levels, globally
- Act as talent advisor and bring innovative recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through various channels
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience at all touchpoints
- Maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs
- Regularly report recruitment status to leadership and stakeholders
- Assess and adjust recruiting plans based on feedback and metrics
- Develop repeatable processes to streamline the recruitment cycle
- Maintain up-to-date records in Avature
- Contribute to ETR projects and upgrade shared tools/resources
- Perform other duties as needed
Key requirements
- 5+ years recruiting experience in corporate/in-house environments
- Agile thinker with ability to navigate multiple business functions
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Sound judgement, discretion, and adaptable creativity
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Avature or similar ATS and recruitment reporting tools (nice to have)
