Overview

In this role you will support the Experienced Hiring process for associates and consultants, partnering with recruiting and interview teams to deliver a smooth candidate experience. You will coordinate logistics for interview days, events, and closing activities while maintaining data in key systems. The role requires strong organization, fast learning, and a professional, client-facing mindset in a dynamic, professional services environment. You will work across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards, with opportunities to scale your impact in recruitment operations. Responsibilities

  • Rapidly learn recruiting systems and local processes
  • Support CV screening and develop screening expertise
  • Coordinate interview day logistics and packs
  • Manage interview day execution including catering and scheduling
  • Attend recruiting events and act as point of contact for stakeholders
  • Assist closing process updates in Avature and closing tracker
  • Organize offeree events with logistics, speakers, gifts, and venues
  • Prepare and send offeree gifts
  • Own EH inbox and ensure prompt candidate interactions
  • Support ad-hoc project work and candidate events/presentations
  • Coordinate candidate coaching sessions and source case study coaches
  • Update and maintain data on systems (e.g., Avature)
  • Set up Bain interview workshops and lead recruiter calls for EH leveling
  • Lead recruiter calls between 1R and 2R for leveling decisions
  • Manage HAF and referrals communications and outcomes
  • Present ‘Star of the Quarter’ at office meetings
  • Participate in recruiter commitments to support peak times and other channels
  • Remain flexible and support other channels as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in professional services
  • Familiarity with recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Comfort in client-facing or candidate-facing roles
  • Standard hours 9:00–17:30 with flexibility during peak periods; 2 days per week in office
