The Role

The Video Centreof Excellence, partof Bain's BrandStudio within theMarketingteam, creates high-quality video andpodcast contentforaudiences around theworld.

We're looking foraVideo Content Creator who thinkssocial-first, hasstrong creative instincts, and knows whatmakes audiences stopscrolling. You'llcreate compelling videocontent from conceptto delivery, workingacross a widevariety of formatswhile collaboratingwith producers, marketersand subject matterexperts.

What You'll Do

You'll create end-to-end videocontent acrossa range offormats, including:

• Social-first videofor LinkedIn, Instagramand YouTube
• Thought leadership andexecutive content
• Employee-generated content(EGC)
• Event coverage
• Podcast and interviewcontent

Your responsibilities willinclude:

Content Creation & Production

• Develop creative conceptsand visual storiesthat deliver againstcommunicationobjectives while engagingaudiences.
• Plan, shoot andedit video contentacross multiple formatsand styles.
• Build strong narrativeswith compelling hooks, pacing and storytellingtechniques.
• Operate cameras, lighting, audioequipment and productionrigs across avariety of filmingenvironments.
• Edit content usingAdobe Premiere Pro, with opportunities todevelop your motiongraphics skills inAfter Effects.
• Apply colour grading, sound design, graphicsand visual effectsto produce polished, high-quality content.
• Ensureall work meetsBain's quality standards, brand guidelines andaccessibility requirementsbefore review.

CreativeDevelopment

• Stay ahead ofemerging trends acrosssocial platforms andtranslate them intocreative ideas thatfeel fresh andrelevant.
• Contribute to brainstormingsessions and creativetreatments with acreator mindset.
• Balancecreativity with strategicthinking to ensureevery piece ofcontent achieves itspurpose while reflectingBain's brand.
• Use AI toolsthroughout the creativeprocess, from ideationand scripting toproduction and post-production.
• Continuously explore newtechnologies and SaaStools that improveefficiency and creativequality.
• Share learnings andbest practices withthe wider teamto help evolveour approachto AI-poweredcontent creation.
• Build strong relationshipswith producers, marketersand internal stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly throughoutprojects, managing expectationsand identifying potentialchallenges early.
• Estimate production timelinesaccurately and contributeto efficient projectplanning.
• Adapt quickly tochanging priorities whilemaintaining highcreative standards.

About You

You'll have2-4 years' experience creating video contentfrom concept throughtofinal delivery, ideallywith a strongemphasis on social-first content.

You may have built your experience in:

• An in-house creative ormarketing team
• A production orpost-production company
• A creative orbrand agency
• As a freelancecreator with adiverse portfolio

A degree inFilm, Media, Communicationsor a relateddiscipline is beneficialbut not essential. We're far moreinterested in yourportfolio, creativity andtechnical abilitythan your formalqualifications.
