Who You'll Work With

You’ll work closely with Bain’s Global Marketing organization, partnering across Market Reputation, Practice Marketing, Marketing Events, Brand, Digital, PR, Media, Video and Internal Communications teams to help deliver high-impact global engagement programs. In this highly collaborative and international environment, you’ll support Bain’s participation in leading external platforms and institutional relationships, including the World Economic Forum (WEF), Business Roundtable (BRT), Conferences of the Parties (COP), and other global leadership forums.

Where You'll Fit Within the Team

This is a fixed-term contract role (June–October 2026) providing parental leave coverage for the Manager, Corporate Relations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Relations, you will support the activation and delivery of Bain’s priority external sponsorships and institutional relationships globally. The role focuses on ensuring Bain’s engagement across key forums is strategically aligned, operationally seamless and executed to a high standard. You’ll play a critical role coordinating regional and market-specific activities while supporting senior stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, global and matrixed environment.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate partnership activations across local markets, including regional programs such as “Summer Davos” and other market-led initiatives tied to global platforms.
  • Partner with Market Reputation teams to plan and execute region-specific engagements aligned to global strategy.
  • Support planning for the WEF Annual Meeting in Davos, including identifying opportunities for Bain delegates to participate in forums, sessions and partner events.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of activities across stakeholders, maintaining clear timelines, ownership and communication.
  • Support broader relationship management activities led by the Senior Manager.
  • Prepare executive briefings and engagement plans for senior leaders participating in external platforms and events.
  • Ensure executive participation is coordinated effectively, aligned to agreed objectives and delivered to a high standard.
  • Identify and elevate emerging opportunities or risks to support effective decision‑making.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of scalable processes, templates and tools to support consistent partnership activation.
  • Support reporting and data collection to track engagement outcomes and inform future planning.
  • Help embed efficient and repeatable ways of working across Marketing and stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate closely with Market Reputation and Marketing Events teams to ensure best‑in‑class execution of partnership‑related activities.
  • Partner with Brand, Digital, PR, Media, Video, Practice Marketing and Internal Communications teams to ensure aligned messaging and cohesive delivery across engagements.

About You

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within management consulting and sponsorships, partnerships or events.
  • Ability to build relationships across the organization and work collaboratively.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and global programs.
  • Strong presentation skills, including experience presenting to stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of sponsorship value.
  • Ability to balance structured execution with flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interest in global platforms such as WEF, COP and similar forums.
  • Willingness to travel for critical global and regional meetings.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the WEF Annual Meeting in Davos and other large‑scale external engagements.
  • Experience within business‑to‑business, professional services and/or agency environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross‑functional partnership skills.
