City of Westminster Full-Time On-site

You’ll join our General Management Consulting Recruiting and Onboarding team in London. The team supports the hiring and onboarding of Consultants and Summer Associate Interns, and you’ll play an important role in delivering our MBA recruiting efforts.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across recruiting and the wider business, as well as build relationships with priority business schools and their careers teams.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

In this role, you’ll support the full MBA recruiting lifecycle, from marketing and channel planning through screening, interviews, closing and programmes.

You’ll combine hands on delivery with team leadership and process improvement. You’ll own key workstreams, coordinate complex recruiting activities and events, coach more junior colleagues, and help us continuously improve how we attract and hire exceptional talent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and own workplans for the MBA Associate, ensuring responsibilities are scoped appropriately and sustainably.
  • Lead cross-channel initiatives and share ideas and approaches that can improve outcomes across the broader recruiting team.
  • Coach and mentor more junior team members and bring a strategic perspective to potential process improvements.
  • Coordinate marketing and on-campus recruiting activities across priority core business schools globally, serving as a key point of contact for partnerships and careers services.
  • Manage the screening process and applications within our recruiting database, including CV screening, AI tools and post-season analysis.
  • Plan the recruiting season calendar and coordinate event logistics across GP, Summer Associate and EMEA Schools cycles, including RSVPs, materials and logistics.
  • Manage interview coordination end-to-end, including scheduling, room bookings, catering, interviewer participation and the smooth running of interview days.
  • Lead the coordination of GP, Summer Associate and EMEA Schools offeree weekends.
  • Create and distribute offer letters, strategically build closing teams and track communication with offerees.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized and energized by working in a people-focused, fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of work experience in a professional services environment, ideally within campus recruiting.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex, high-stakes events and logistics from start to finish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally and thoughtfully.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • A proactive, highly motivated approach to your work.
  • The discretion to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience in campus or MBA recruiting within a professional services firm, familiarity with recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems, and experience managing or mentoring junior team members would be helpful but are not essential.

This role is based in London and requires at least two days per week working from the office. Standard working hours are 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. A reasonable degree of flexibility is required, particularly during peak recruiting periods, which may include evening events.
