A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join an investment office that looks after the finances of a UHNWI European family, as PA to the Investment Team. Based in gorgeous, slick offices in the heart of the West End, this office has a great company culture and a team of supportive and hard-working PAs. This role is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to come in and hit the ground running. The environment is exciting, fast-paced and collaborative.
- PA duties: To look after 5 members of the investment team, detailed travel; create itineraries, book flights, arrange visas when required, hotels, taxis, order currency, and all other aspects of trips, preparing monthly expense claims; credit card, currency, cash, detailed diary management; carefully coordinating dates and details for several advisory committees and boards across time zones, setting up meetings; in person and virtual, assisting with preparation of board packs, managing database of i) client presentations, and ii) AGM dates, other admin/filing.
- Event duties: Assist with events; company away-day, investment team events and dinners, seasonal company events, including Christmas party and other office outings.
- Team Duties: Answer telephone, arrange couriers, meet and greet guests, prepare meeting rooms/refreshments, collate meeting packs, manage subscriptions, update databases, contact lists and admin folders, daily & weekly PA checks for office and investment team.

The incoming PA must have excellent attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
